How to add your business on Kalostous
Learn how to choose a listing package, submit your business, and publish your listing on Kalostous.
Kalostous is a curated Greek and Cypriot diaspora directory
Plans are for Greek, Cypriot, Greek-speaking, Greek-owned, Cypriot-owned or Greek/Cypriot heritage businesses, professionals, communities and events. Non-relevant local businesses may not be approved for publication.
Online shops based in Greece or Cyprus
Online shops based in Greece or Cyprus may join Kalostous if they offer genuine international shipping and can serve customers in Greek communities abroad.
The business must be listed under its actual location. Shipping destinations may be requested for verification.
STEP 1
Create your account
Before adding a business, you first need a Kalostous account.
- Create your free account
- Set your password
- Access your Kalostous dashboard
STEP 2
Choose a listing package
Before submitting your business, you must select a Kalostous listing package.
- Choose the package that fits your needs
- Complete the checkout process
- Your package will appear in your dashboard
- Your package becomes available after checkout
STEP 3
Complete the checkout
Complete the checkout process to activate your listing package.
- Enter your billing details
- Choose your payment method
- Accept the Terms of Service
- Complete your order
- After payment, your package is activated automatically.
STEP 4
Activate your listing package
After checkout, access your dashboard and choose the listing type you want to create on Kalostous.
- Open your dashboard after checkout
- Click “Add a Listing”
- Choose “Business” to continue
- Your activated package will be available in the next step
STEP 5
Use your available package
Before accessing the submission form, Kalostous will ask you to select your active listing package.
- Your purchased packages appear automatically
- Click “Use Available Package” to continue
- If no package is available, select “Buy Package”
- Only activated packages can open the business form
STEP 6
Complete your business listing form
Fill in your business information, upload images, and complete your listing details before submission.
- Add your business name and category
- Enter your location and contact details
- Upload your cover image, gallery and logo
- Write your business description
- Select your business features and services
- Prepare your listing for submission
STEP 7
Submit your business listing
After completing your listing form, submit your business for review and publication on Kalostous.
- Review your business information
- Check your images and contact details
- Click “Submit Listing”
- Listings are reviewed by admins before publication
- You can edit your listing anytime from your dashboard
