Kalostous currently supports communication and assistance in Greek, English and German.
Yes. A Kalostous account is required to manage listings, publish events, access packages and use the dashboard system.
Yes. Kalostous supports both standard email registration and Google Sign-In for faster account access.
No. Businesses and professionals located in Greece or Cyprus may also join if they provide services internationally or support Greeks living abroad.

Accounts & Registration

How do I create a Kalostous account?
You can create a free Kalostous account by visiting the Register page and signing up with your email address or Google account.
Yes. Your Kalostous dashboard allows you to manage businesses, events, community listings and packages from one account.
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page and follow the password recovery instructions sent to your email address.
Yes. You may request account deletion by contacting Kalostous support. Listings and related content may also be removed during the process.
You can access your dashboard after logging in to your Kalostous account from the top navigation menu.

Business Listings

How do I add my business on Kalostous?

You can publish your business by selecting a listing package, completing checkout and submitting your business listing through the Kalostous dashboard.

Kalostous currently offers Starter, Basic and Premium business packages with different visibility and feature options.

Yes. The Starter package expires after 60 days. Expired listings become hidden until renewed or upgraded.

Yes. All business listings are manually reviewed by the Kalostous team before publication.
Most listings are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours depending on submission quality and verification requirements.

Yes. Existing listings can be upgraded to a higher package from your Kalostous dashboard.

Yes. Multiple listings are allowed depending on your active package and account setup.
No. Duplicate, misleading or spam listings may be rejected, unpublished or removed by Kalostous administrators.
Kalostous supports Greek and Cypriot businesses abroad, as well as professionals and service providers who assist Greek-speaking communities and international Greek networks worldwide.
Yes. Business listings can be unpublished or removed from your dashboard at any time.

Events

How do I publish an event on Kalostous?

Events can be published by selecting the Event listing type, activating an eligible package and submitting the event through your dashboard.

Event publishing is available through the Premium Package and the Community Program for approved organizations and associations.

Yes. All events are manually reviewed by the Kalostous team before becoming publicly visible.

Yes. Events can be edited, updated or unpublished anytime through your Kalostous dashboard.
Yes. Event organizers can unpublish or update events anytime from the dashboard.

Yes. Approved organizations in the Community Program can publish community events, festivals, meetings and cultural activities.

Most event submissions include an event title, poster, description, date, venue, organizer information and ticket or contact details.
Kalostous supports concerts, festivals, cultural events, exhibitions, community gatherings, sports events and Greek diaspora activities worldwide.
Yes. Recurring cultural activities, community gatherings and regular events may be published as separate event listings when appropriate.

Community Program

Who can join the Community Program?

The Community Program is designed for Greek and Cypriot associations, cultural organizations, diaspora communities, clubs and non-profit groups worldwide.

Yes. Approved communities and associations receive free verified access on Kalostous with no expiration date.

No. Approved Community Program listings remain active without expiration as long as they follow Kalostous platform guidelines.

Yes. Approved organizations may publish community events, festivals, cultural activities and gatherings through their dashboard.
Yes. Community applications are manually reviewed by the Kalostous team before approval.

Yes. Approved organizations receive a verified business badge on their public listing.

Many organizations use Kalostous as a centralized online presence for visibility, events, updates, contact information and community promotion.
Yes. Community administrators can manage listings, events and organization information through the Kalostous dashboard.

Claim Listings

How do I claim a business listing?

You can claim an existing business listing by opening the listing page and submitting a claim request through the Claim Listing option.

Only verified owners, representatives or authorized managers should submit claim requests for a business listing.

Yes. All ownership claims are manually reviewed by the Kalostous team before approval.

After approval, the claimed listing becomes connected to your Kalostous dashboard for management and updates.
No. Kalostous reviews ownership requests carefully to avoid duplicate or unauthorized listing claims.

Kalostous may reject or request additional verification information before approving a claim request.

Yes. Approved claimed listings can be managed and updated directly from your dashboard.
Yes. Fraudulent, abusive or misleading ownership claims may be rejected, removed or permanently restricted by platform administrators.

All listings, events, packages and account activity can be managed through your Kalostous dashboard after login.

Yes. Listings and events can be updated anytime through the dashboard, including images, descriptions, contact details and social links.

Yes. Kalostous uses a centralized dashboard system where multiple listing types can be managed from one account.

Yes. Listings and events may be unpublished or removed anytime through your dashboard management tools.
Expired listings become hidden from public visibility until the package is renewed or upgraded.

Yes. Expired packages may be renewed or replaced with a different package through your account dashboard.

Yes. Users may manage multiple businesses, community listings and events from the same Kalostous account.
Yes. The Kalostous dashboard can be accessed from mobile devices, although desktop usage is recommended for easier listing and event management.

Packages & Payments

Which listing packages are available on Kalostous?

Kalostous currently offers Starter, Basic and Premium business packages, as well as the Community Program for approved organizations and associations.

The Premium Package includes advanced visibility, featured styling, event publishing access, video uploads and additional promotional features.

Yes. Starter listings remain active for 60 days before becoming hidden until renewed or upgraded.

Yes. Listings may be upgraded through your dashboard by activating a different package.
Yes. Payment confirmations and order details are available after successful checkout completion.

Applicable taxes or VAT may appear during checkout depending on your billing location and payment details.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually depending on package activation status, moderation review and platform usage.
Incomplete purchases may require the checkout process to be restarted before package activation becomes available.
Yes. Expired packages may be renewed or replaced through your Kalostous dashboard.

Most listings, events and claims are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours depending on submission quality and verification requirements.

Submissions may be rejected because of incomplete information, duplicate content, misleading details, prohibited material or failed verification checks.

Yes. Corrected submissions may usually be updated and resubmitted for another review.
No. Duplicate or spam listings may be unpublished, rejected or permanently removed from the platform.

Kalostous does not allow fake businesses, misleading information, abusive material, illegal services, spam content or unauthorized duplicate listings.

Yes. Kalostous may remove listings, events or accounts that violate platform rules or community standards.
Yes. Users may contact Kalostous support to report fake, abusive or misleading content for review.
Yes. Accounts involved in fraud, abusive behavior, spam or repeated violations may be restricted or permanently removed from the platform.

What types of content are not allowed on Kalostous?

Kalostous does not allow fake businesses, misleading information, abusive material, illegal services, spam content or unauthorized duplicate listings.

Yes. Listings found to be misleading, fraudulent or abusive may be unpublished or permanently removed after review.

No. Duplicate business listings, repeated event submissions or misleading copies may be rejected or removed by administrators.
