How to add an event on Kalostous
Learn how to publish concerts, festivals, cultural events and community gatherings on Kalostous.
STEP 1
Choose your event listing type
Open your Kalostous dashboard and select the Event listing type to continue your event submission.
- Open your dashboard
- Click “Add a Listing”
- Select “Event”
- Continue to the event submission form
STEP 2
Premium package required
An active Premium package is required to publish events on Kalostous.
- Events require an active Premium package
- Community organizations can publish events more easily
- Activated packages appear automatically
- Click “Use Available Package” to continue
STEP 3
Complete your event information
Add your event details, upload your poster and complete the event submission form.
- Add the event title and description
- Select the event category
- Set the event date and time
- Add the venue and event location
- Prepare your event submission details
STEP 4
Upload photos and submit your event
Upload your event poster, contact details and submit your event for admin review.
- Upload your event poster or photos
- Add ticket, website or contact links
- Submit your event for admin review
- Edit and update your event anytime from your dashboard
- Unpublish your event if it is postponed or canceled
