How to claim a business on Kalostous
Learn how to claim an existing business listing and manage it from your Kalostous dashboard.
STEP 1
Find the business listing
Search for the business listing you want to claim on Kalostous.
- Open the Kalostous Explore page
- Search by business name or category
- Open the business listing page
- Make sure it is the correct business listing
STEP 2
Click the “Claim listing” button
If the business listing is not yet managed by the owner, you can request ownership through the Claim Listing button.
- Open the business listing page
- Click the “Claim listing” button
- Continue to the claim package selection
- Only verified owners should submit a claim request
STEP 3
Choose your claim package
Choose the package required to verify and manage the business listing on Kalostous.
- Select the available claim package
- Some organizations may qualify for free claim options
- Continue to the checkout process
- Claim requests are reviewed manually by admins
STEP 4
Activate your claim package
If you already own a claim package, you can continue immediately. Otherwise, complete the checkout process to activate your package.
- Purchased claim packages appear automatically
- Click “Use Available Package” to continue
- If no package is available, complete the checkout process
- Your ownership request will be submitted for admin review
STEP 5
Wait for admin verification
After submitting your claim request, the Kalostous admin team will review and verify the business ownership information.
- Claims are reviewed manually by admins
- Only verified owners can manage listings
- Additional information may be requested if needed
- Approved listings are connected to your dashboard
STEP 6
Manage your claimed listing
After approval, the claimed business listing will appear inside your Kalostous dashboard.
- Approved listings appear in your dashboard
- Edit your business information anytime
- Upload new images and update contact details
- Manage your claimed listing directly from your dashboard
