IT ALL BEGAN WITH A MEMORY
In July 1998, the founders Iakovos and Debbie Xanthopoulos embarked on a project to service the Greek community in Australia by developing lines of products from their parents and Grandparents homeland in Greece.
They greatly missed the good foods and ingredients of their homeland. The Xanthopoulos Family decided to start a business baking traditional home made products using recipes which went back many generations..
