Description

The idea for "Steki 36" started from our desire to create a place where groups of friends and loved ones can have a meeting point, a place where they will enjoy the beautiful flavours of coffee, also favourite traditional savoury or sweet pies, but also out of our love for the traditional flavours of our country.

The history of the pie begins in ancient Greece, where the pies were in the daily diet of the Greeks. In the rich meals of the ancient Athenians, the desserts included fresh and dried fruits, savoury almonds, cheese, garlic, onions and always ended with savoury and sweet pies, which the guests especially appreciated.

The pie for the Greeks is the ultimate meal for every hour.

Pies are mostly associated with family memories.

Many of the pies are associated with some customs and are made at anniversary meals, such as New Year, Easter, weddings, etc.

They have different shapes, round, semi-circular, square, triangle. Their taste can be salty or sweet
