Anastasia Olympiou-Hansen

Anastasia Olympiou-Hansen is a mental health professional based in Voss, Norway, offering mainly online counselling, psychotherapy and psychoeducation. According to her professional profile, she holds a psychologist's licence in Greece (Licence No. 852030), where she maintains a private practice, and is registered as a mental health coach in Norway (Registration No. 21422). Her work includes individual psychotherapy for adults and couples, with an emphasis on psychological wellbeing, personal challenges and relationship-related concerns.

Her professional profile describes a focus on Health Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), addressing mental health concerns, health-related behavioural difficulties, interpersonal relationships and life challenges. She also lists couples and group therapy among her professional areas of practice, alongside certification in health coaching for adults and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). These areas reflect the range of approaches and subjects presented in her professional background, without implying that all services are available under the same professional registration or regulatory framework.

Online counselling is a central part of Anastasia Olympiou-Hansen's professional activity, providing a format for psychological consultation and therapeutic communication without requiring attendance at a physical office. Her profile combines her stated professional qualifications and areas of practice in Greece and Norway. The psychologist's licence reported for Greece and the mental health coaching registration reported for Norway are distinct credentials and should not be interpreted as equivalent authorisations to practise psychology in both countries. The availability and regulatory basis of individual services depend on the relevant professional requirements and jurisdiction.
