Giorgos Zapartas, a seasoned professional in the realms of media, lent for many years his marketing expertise to some of the most known newspapers and magazines in Greece. But his adventure didn't mean to stop there; the northern lights called, leading him to Sweden 9 years ago. Since then, he pioneered a company that organizes cultural, gastronomic, and wine events & conferences in Scandinavia for the Mediterranean. With over 150 events, large and small, under his belt, his journey is characterized by a special love for gastronomy.

Giorgos Manos, on the other hand, is the heartbeat of hospitality. With over a quarter-century experience in Greece's bustling scene of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues, and with a special “eye” for high gastronomy, his expertise is unparalleled. For him, the art of gastronomy and the joy of a well-crafted meal are not just professions; they are passions that run as deep as the Aegean Sea.
