ChocoLab

ChocoLab is a café, chocolaterie, and patisserie concept in Munich centred on handmade chocolate, pastries, coffee, and ice cream.

Belgian chocolate and selected natural ingredients form the basis of the range, with many products prepared on site in a transparent manufactory where guests can see part of the production process.

The selection combines influences from French patisserie and viennoiserie with Mediterranean-inspired creations. Alongside chocolates and pastries, ChocoLab also serves house-made Italian-style ice cream, coffee, breakfast options, and a light lunch menu.

Traditional confectionery techniques and contemporary presentation come together in a setting designed around craftsmanship, flavour, and the experience of freshly prepared sweets and café specialties.
