1st EKD Cultural Festival – Copenhagen

The Greek Community of Denmark proudly presents the 1st Cultural Festival of EKD Cultural Groups in Copenhagen.

Created through the voluntary work of community members and in collaboration with Greek Club 3F, this three-day festival celebrates creativity, solidarity, collective action, and Greek cultural expression abroad.

Over the past years, the cultural groups of the Greek Community of Denmark have built strong connections between Greeks living in Copenhagen and Aarhus, creating spaces for artistic expression, communication, and community engagement.

The festival will include:

• Theatre performances for adults and children

• Traditional Greek dance workshops

• Photography workshops, exhibitions, and competitions

• Film screenings curated by the Aarhus film group

• Live traditional Greek music and celebration events

This festival represents a major milestone for the Greek diaspora community in Denmark and celebrates the power of art, collaboration, and cultural identity.
