The vision for Avra was created by co-founder Nick Tsoulos, whose childhood in the coastal village of Nafpaktos shaped his appreciation for freshly caught seafood, family recipes, and simple, ingredient-driven cooking. Together with partners Marc Packer and Nick Pashalis, he introduced a restaurant where guests could experience the authentic flavors of Greece through beautifully prepared dishes and impeccable service.
