My journey began in the small town of Serres, Greece, before I moved to the United States to study psychology. I spent four years at Kent State University in Ohio, where I earned my degree in Psychology. I then continued my studies at Frostburg State University in Maryland, where I spent three years and completed my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.

I have been practicing in Greece for 25 years, working from my offices in Thermi and central Thessaloniki. At the same time, I provide online sessions for families and couples.
