OLI MAZÍ

OLI MAZÍ is a modern Greek restaurant in Utrecht, Netherlands, specialising in shared dining inspired by Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Led by Jorgos, Nikos and Dimitri, the restaurant offers a contemporary approach to Greek food, encouraging guests to explore different dishes together rather than following a traditional three-course menu.

The menu features creative specialities such as Iberico souvlaki, crispy feta with apricot and soft-shell crab tacos. The kitchen uses seasonal ingredients and updates its menu every three months, combining Greek culinary influences with contemporary preparations. Guests can order several smaller dishes across multiple rounds, creating a flexible dining experience centred on sharing.

Drinks are an important part of the OLI MAZÍ concept, with a selection of more than 50 Greek wines, cocktails, Greek craft beers and soft drinks. The restaurant also features an inviting interior, a sunny outdoor terrace and live music, providing a setting for dinners, celebrations and gatherings with friends, family or colleagues.
