Owner Vassilis Triantopoulos has been passionate about cooking since a young age, and his journey to becoming a certified restaurateur took him to the

International Culinary Academy.

With over 20 years of experience, Vassilis has mastered the art of Greek cuisine, and his expertise is reflected in every dish served.

From NYC and the center of Manhattan to Nassau & Suffolk counties in Long Island, even multiple states throughout the US,

Vassilis has always pride himself on his

exceptional service, hospitality and good fresh food

Vassilis  believes that food isn't just about sustenance, it's about bringing people together. His love for creating delicious, authentic Greek dishes was born from his own family traditions. He and his  wife have two children, Christina (10)  and Grigoris (6), who serve as his toughest critics and keep him pushing to achieve perfection in every dish.

His mission is to share the warmth and welcoming environment that comes with Greek food with everyone who walks through our doors.
