Dr Mina Savvidou qualified in 1992. After graduating from Aristotles Medical University in Greece, she spent all her working life as a doctor in the UK. She completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology as a trainee in North West Thames in London. She was awarded a Membership at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 1998 and obtained her MD degree from the University of London in 2004. Dr Savvidou sought a further sub-specialisation in Feto-maternal Medicine at King's College Hospital, London and entered the specialist list in Feto-maternal Medicine, receiving her Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2007.
