Dr Thomas L. Palikrousis is a Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), trained at the Greek Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies (GACBP). He is also a Dietitian-Nutritionist and Food Technologist, bringing together complementary fields of health and human behaviour.

He maintains a private practice in Florina, Greece, and provides online psychotherapy sessions in Greek, both to clients in Greece and to Greeks living abroad. He has also provided mental health services at the Counselling and Support Centre for Students of the University of Macedonia.

His primary clinical interest is in eating disorders, an area in which his training in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Dietetics-Nutrition complement one another. He has conducted research at the International Hellenic University (IHU) and has independently taught courses within a BSc (Hons) Dietetics (Applied) programme at a private higher-education college in collaboration with the University of Essex, UK.
