Hellenic is a family-run Greek patisserie and gelato bar based in Sydney, Australia. Established in 1977 by Dimos Scoullis, the business has maintained its Greek baking traditions across three generations, combining authentic family recipes with a selection of contemporary desserts.

Operating as Hellenic Patisserie & Gelato Bar, the business specialises in traditional Greek pastries, sweets and cakes. Its selection includes familiar Greek favourites such as baklava and galaktoboureko, reflecting the pastry-making techniques and flavours passed down through the family.

In 2016, Hellenic expanded its offering to include homemade gelato, complementing its established range of Greek sweets and cakes. This addition brought another dessert option to the patisserie while preserving its longstanding focus on traditional recipes.
