He successfully serves as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General since 2012, handling matters involving Medicaid Estate Recovery and Medicaid Subrogation.

Eleana is a partner in the firm of Yacobozzi│Drakatos, LLC, where she focuses her practice in the areas of medical negligence, product liability, and personal injury. Eleana has negotiated hundreds of cases and successfully tried cases to verdict. Prior to joining her spouse and law partner, Dennis, she was an attorney with a prominent litigation firm for 10 years. She graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in Psychology and Neuroscience. She uses her strong science background when trying medical negligence and personal injury cases.
